So just by listening to meditation music, this energy vibration of enlightenment gets transferred to you, it washes though you, making it possible for you to experience deep states of meditation in a very short period of time. Meditation refers to a state wherever your body and mind are consciously relaxed and focused. Practitioners of the art report increased comprehension, focus, and attention, and also a more positive outlook in life. These words ring deep into our inner being. To help you to let go of the things we’ve done and thought within the past is a big relief to the souls.

It is possible to have a lighter and much more dynamic self when we release these things that have been holding us back. Let Go of the things that don’t have any realistic value in your own life today. Take a very long, slow, deep breath in. Discover the air filling your lungs. Discover the feelings you get as you breath in. Then, once your lungs are filled with air, hold your breath. Not for very long, only a second or two will do fine. But just hold your breath and again find the sensations that you simply feel. Finally, slowly and surely, breath out. Exhale all the atmosphere that you have breathed in. this procedure should take about the exact same time as it took for you to truly inhale.
