How long will it take for me to see or feel results?

You should notice results with Ultimate Healer subliminal music in about 17 days, although some people report results in as little as 2 or 3 days. (Typical subliminal cds require an average of 30 days to notice a real difference.) However, even at 17 days you may want to continue to listen to the cd. Many people leave them in their car or home stereo for a little "boost" before or after a tough day.

I just started listening to the music yesterday. Why am I feeling angry/sad/any negative emotion? I thought it would make me feel better!

It will! Remember, your subconscious has been holding on to a lot of negative beliefs (and memories of experiences that created those beliefs) for some time, often back to early childhood. When it hears a positive affirmation or suggestion for the first few times, a couple of things can happen:

1. Buried anger, sorrow, and/or memories will be released. Know that this is temporary, and be glad you are finally getting rid of it.
2. Beliefs that cause self-sabotage, low self-esteem, bad habits and other unwanted behaviors are being challenged, and at those times during the music, you might catch yourself thinking, "That's stupid", "That's so dumb", or something similar.

Just keep listening to the music; you'll notice after a few days, these thoughts and feelings are coming up fewer and fewer times, until they are gone. This is a sign that the negative beliefs are being rewritten. Of course, this may not happen to you at all; you may just find yourself smiling more often, laughing, and feeling generally happy about life right away!

Is there anything bad or evil about using subliminal music? Is it a form of mind control?

No, not at all! You are ALWAYS protected by your subconscious. It will always reject any suggestions that go against your personal morals or ethics, and you CANNOT be made to do anything you don't want to. Your subconscious has only one interest - to protect you. In the past, it has chosen what it thought was the best way to do that, and that is why it clings so strongly to some outdated beliefs that you no longer need. Now that you realize these beliefs are really not serving your best interests, when you show your subconscious an easier and better way to help you, it will begin working with you instead of against you. This is truly an effective way to "know thyself."

Why don't you publish samples of the affirmations that are in your music?

We aren't trying to slip anything past you, believe me. There are two reasons why we don't do this:

First, there are a lot of internet companies that sell software for making subliminal cds, along with standard, "cookie cutter" suggested affirmations to use. There are also a lot of companies that post the affirmations on their website. That's fine, but it's not what we're doing here, and we think it's one of the main reasons why ours are so effective. We aren't using the "industry standard"; we've gone way past it. The affirmations and suggestions in each cd are unique, written and spoken in a certain order and in a particular way, using techniques that have been developed in private practice over many years. We want to keep them uniquely ours.

Second, we don't want you to start "second-guessing" yourself. If you know what's in a cd, you're more likely to start guessing what is being said when, rather than relaxing and letting the music do the work. And, it's possible that it will take longer to rewrite those negative beliefs. It doesn't happen often, but it does, so why even go there?

Having said all of this, if you have already purchased cds, and owned them for at least 30 days (we'll give you the benefit of the doubt that you actually listened to them), and you're just burning up with curiosity, give us a call, and we'll tell you what's in them *wink*.

Can I listen to only one CD in the Foundation Series?

Of course, and you will get results. Remember, though, the Foundation Series was designed to give you better results with all six of them if you listen to them in order. It literally "lays the foundation" for your life, step by step.

Do I have to start with the Foundation Series?

Nope. But again, you will get better results if you listen to them first, or at the same time.

Can I listen to all six of the Foundation Series at the same time?

You want it all at once, eh? We don't blame you, but we don't recommend you do. There are so many suggestions in each of the cds, your subconscious will be overwhelmed. Better to take it one step at a time, or if you are really raring to go, two steps at a time.

Whether or not they are living a pretty great life, the Ultimate Healer music will give them a boost. We've heard several reports of spouses' attitudes and behaviors improving just from hearing Ultimate Healer subliminals second-hand.

Why are the Ultimate Healer subliminal cds more expensive?

Ah, that's a good question. First of all, remember that it took years to develop the suggestions and techniques we talked about in the Publish Samples question by a seasoned professional hypnotherapist.

Second, most - if not all - subliminal cds use a standard technology. All Ultimate Healer cds incorporate an additional technology that others don't have. Again, we think it's one of the reasons ours are so effective, but it also means we don't copy our CDs. Each one must be burned individually from the "master mixdown" in order to maintain the integrity of this additional technology.

Third, we purchased the rights to the music in the Foundation Series. We think it's far better than the standard type of free music you hear in subliminals, and it has an organizing frequency that works on not only your own personal energy field, but that of your entire home, even in rooms where it isn't being played. What if I don't believe in hypnosis? Since it's based on the same principles, will subliminal music still work?

Even people who don't believe in hypnosis can be hypnotized, and the same is true for subliminal music. It works whether you believe in it or not, but if you allow yourself to keep an open mind, you'll get results much faster. (Besides, if you were truly a skeptic, would you be here reading this?)
