It doesn’t matter if we remember our dreams, one thing to keep in mind is that we all have many dreams during our 6 to 10 hours of sleep a night. As a matter of fact, the lucid dreamer is a willing participant in the dream, much like an actor can see himself in a movie or you can see yourself in your own video where you are playing out all the fantasies that you can imagine. Lucid dreaming can become so real and depends greatly on your self awareness while having the dream.
Most of us have had lucid dreams when we were children and realize that they have become harder to achieve as we get older.
